【綜合報導】英國34歲女子普蘭（Tsia Pullen）之前接受男友求婚，但她覺得自己太胖，因此賣掉房子以接受減肥與整容手術，不惜一切代價，只為成為婚禮上最美麗的新娘。
 
根據《鏡報》報導，體重115公斤的普蘭認為自己太胖，「我不想讓未婚夫娶這樣的自己，我希望成為美麗的新娘」。為此，她賣掉位於波爾頓、價值8萬英鎊（約378萬元台幣）的房子，與未婚夫同住，接著花費約104萬台幣進行多種手術，用束胃帶減肥，還花錢隆乳。
 
她說，作完手術後感覺自己重生了，「第一次認為自己很性感」。她與未婚夫已經於今年5月舉行浪漫婚禮，讓普蘭一圓「公主夢」。
