【王家俊／台北報導】法務部長曾勇夫下台，前民進黨主席施明德受訪時，把矛頭指向檢察官，應該自我反省，自以為是天子、上帝、正義的天使，一再強調起訴的判罪率有多高，輸了還要起訴、再上訴，上訴還有錢可以拿，被上訴者折磨得不得了，聯電創辦人曹興誠因此不做中華民國人、要去做新加坡人。

施明德說，總統馬英九當機立斷作決定，更應該要求檢察官、恐龍法官反省，他們已經台灣公害之一了，「這些事情是兩面的，我沒也幫王院長講話，要這麼快速指控一個人、馬先生就要快速果斷的做，有沒有思考，檢察官繼續濫權起訴、上訴，你要怎麼辦？正義不是片面的，公理也不是只站在權力的一方。」
