關說疑雲 蘇：若有違法 不護短

立院爆發關說疑雲，蘇貞昌上午受訪時說，監聽國會領袖是非常大的事，但台灣長期綿密的監聽，現在更弄出一個所謂的關說案，相關當事人都嚴正否認，而且關說不是把有罪關說成無罪，而是已經無罪後，去說要不要上訴，檢察官也表明是憑自己職權所做判斷。若有具體事證，特偵組是司法偵辦機關，應好好查辦，「如果有違法，我們民進黨也不護短」。

記者詢問，事後柯建銘是否有跟他聯絡？蘇貞昌未正面回答，只說「大概也是怕被監聽吧。」
