假車禍真詐財　小黃司機5年騙百萬元

【張芳榮／台北報導】台北市1名55歲林姓小黃司機，5年內發生74件車禍，台北市刑大偵5隊調查後，發現他很可惡，開著小黃在市區找尋公車司機、轎車主和小黃司機，見他們變換車道、路口右轉或是公車靠站時，故意加速直行擦撞，製造假車禍索賠，對方不肯就範，他就恐嚇威脅，再不然就假借報警要告肇事逃逸，逼迫被害人交出1千元至2萬元不等，5年來以騙得百萬元。

上月底，警方持搜索票林男家，查扣他與多名車主車禍和解書。他態度強硬不認罪，辯稱出車禍不是他願意，出了車禍，車子被撞壞，送修要花錢。頻指是對方故意撞他的車子，不願意賠償。不過，警方傳訊的74名被害車主一致指認林男恐嚇，昨天警方依恐嚇取財、詐欺罪將林男移送法辦。
