綠營勞工政策研討會　勞團也來踢館

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨今舉辦第三場8年執政研討會，下午討論勞工議題前，包括全國關廠工人連線、人民火大行動聯盟等勞團到場外踢館，批評民進黨勞工政策是「惡政8年、罄竹難書」。 他們也戴上歷任勞委會主委面具，批評兩黨的勞委會主委根本就是一樣。

台北市產業總工會總幹事袁孔琪批評，民進黨執政時推出的勞退新制，相較勞退舊制，讓勞工退休金大幅縮水，且當時勞委會主委陳菊藉由行政命令，讓老闆可以不足額提撥勞退舊制準備金。至於「84工時」及「變形工時」，則讓資方大幅節省加班費多達50多億元。

勞委會前主委李應正好路過，留下來聽取意見，李也接下麥克風說明民進黨的政策，但沒幾分鐘，就被搶下麥克風，與會人士痛斥：「如果只是要宣傳民進黨的政策，那就進去會場講就好了，我們是來抗議的。」
