【張貴翔／新北報導】新北市1名民眾今天上午11時許，赫然發現淡水河出海口的風帆碼頭前出現「陰陽海」，疑似不肖工廠偷排廢水，導致淡水河「染紅」；新北市環保局表示，已清查附近50家業者，並鎖定4家可疑業者，若抓出污染源者將從嚴處分。
