營建署澄清 水庫集水區公地租售未鬆綁

【郭寶懃／台北報導】內政部營建署稍早發布新聞稿澄清，並無《聯合報》所指鬆綁環境敏感水庫集水區的管制與依照「行政院指示」，而是「修正」水庫集水區內公有地出租與轉售的規定，應該按照都市計畫法或區域計畫法規定辦理，並且是將管理權力回歸到公有土地的主管機關。內政部營建署表示，水庫集水區是環境敏感地區，在區域計畫法的規定相當嚴格，不管是公有或私有土地出租都應該按照遊戲規則辦理，假如民眾想要在集水區出租都會受限於環境敏感地區的規範。
