技術再進化　元太推新世代Carta電子紙

【吳秀樺／台北報導】E Ink元太科技（8069）4日宣佈推出E Ink Carta電子紙顯示器，並已開始量產出貨，元太指出，Carta電子紙顯示器在白度及對比度的表現上均有顯著突破，而亞馬遜最新發表的Kindle Paperwhite電子書閱讀器已率先採用Carta電子紙顯示技術。
 
元太指出，相較於先前的產品Carta電子紙顯示器的對比大幅提升了50%，至於在整體反射率方面則提升了20%以上，Carta電子紙顯示器使用最先進的雙穩態顯示技術，為有史以來對比最高、耗電超低的電子顯示器，也提昇了電子紙顯示器的水平。
 
E Ink元太科技產品管理處長Giovanni Mancini 表示，Carta電子紙是為提昇閱讀體驗而開發的顯示技術，搭配最新的E Ink RegalTM波形技術，可大幅減少刷新頁面的閃動，讓使用者翻頁時更順暢，更加享受閱讀的樂趣。
