【聯合報╱記者高培德、徐如宜／高雄報導】2013.08.31 03:20 am 中油林園廠內一座裂解氣壓機前晚7點多疑高壓閥驅動器故障，導致貯存機內的石化氣 體無法釋放，廠方緊急停機將氣體轉至南區廢氣燃燒塔藉燃燒排除。環保局依空汙法 罰款20萬元。 前晚7點多，中油林園廠內一座將石化氣體加壓變成液態的裂解氣壓機，疑因高壓閥驅 動器故障，造成機體內積存的石化氣體無法順利排出。廠商得知後緊急將氣體轉往南 區廢氣燃燒塔引燃排除，氣體燃燒過程產生熊熊火光，消防隊趕往現場，火勢延燒近 兩個小時才熄滅。周圍五福里、中汕里住戶聞到疑似塑膠燒焦臭味，有10多人聚集廠 前了解狀況。 【2013/08/31 聯合報】@ http://udn.com/ http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM6/8133168.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.49.18
