【許淑惠／台中報導】江姓、陳姓男子為首的犯罪集團犯下多起恐嚇、詐騙案，其中去年11月，江男夥同王姓夫妻和神岡李姑娘廟的黃姓主任委員等人，設計對王姓地主仙人跳，王妻以心情不好約王男喝酒，再色誘王男嘿咻，江等人再衝入屋內要求索賠500萬元，王姓地主先給付20萬元，由江男與友人朋分，王姓夫妻尚未分錢即遭查獲。
 
至於陳男，則於今年2月至蘇姓男子開設的中醫診所治療鼻竇炎，蘇男以拍打陳男臉頰方式治療，事後陳男愈想愈不對，認為自己是「大哥」還被掌嘴，透過他人傳話恐嚇蘇男，若不出面處理就要砸店，結果該集團在今年2月即遭檢警破獲。台中地檢署依恐嚇取財等罪，起訴江、陳、王姓夫妻等共11人。
