民眾冒雨等公車　過站不停還被濺一身水

【都會中心／台中報導】康芮颱風過境，台中市出現多處淹水災情，一名暱稱「hchung513」的網友在PTT（台大批踢踢實業坊）發文表示，上午冒著大雨在台中市台灣大道台中榮總前等公車，準備去上班，卻有一排幾乎全空的公車過站不停，從他們這群濕淋淋、發抖等公車的人群前直接開過去，濺起的水花還噴了他們全身，他手上的公車卡也不慎掉落順水流走。hchung513拍下公車濺起的水花震倒路邊一排機車的畫面，自我解嘲說：「我想是因為整條路幾乎都淹起來，加上出現迷你土石流才不載人吧」。
