11惡煞組暴力集團　逞兇傷人還打錯人

【林錫淵、吳柏源／高雄報導】高市小港區黃姓男子（24歲）與友人曾男（19歲）、楊男（18歲）等人組暴力犯罪集團，為打響名聲，黃男常指揮手下持用刀械傷人及砸車。旗下許姓男子國中時期常遭一名20歲呂姓男子欺侮，許男去年加入黃男手下，黃男今年初至5月底，率員毆打呂男6次，還嗆「看一次打一次」，呂男不敢報案，5月底被打到腦震盪、身體四肢多處重度撕裂傷，送醫救治，家屬才報案。

6月間，蔡姓夜校生等6人分騎3輛機車要到小港區大坪頂吃宵夜，行經小港區中安路，因黃男等10多人認錯人，分持棍棒、高爾夫球桿、開山刀、球棒追打蔡男等人，6人中有3人受傷，其中邱姓男子右腳更被打成骨折住院。高市刑大偵五隊昨逮黃男等11人，其中3人未成年，查扣刀械、棍棒等證物，全提報治平對象，全案依《組織犯罪條例》、殺人、傷害罪送辦。
