李鴻源批嘉縣 應變作為消極

康芮颱風在西南部造成大雨，內政部長李鴻源今天上午在中央災害應變中心主持工作會報時說重話，災害應變中心昨天就預估南部會降豪大雨，但在災害應變期間，部分地方政府，「尤其是嘉義縣，應變作為非常消極」，事後要檢討。
