經濟數據好轉 歐洲景氣開始擴張

歐元區製造業採購經理人指數出現驚喜。連續第2個月擴張，從7月的50.3升至八月的51.3。歐洲分析師也說，歐元區景氣會進一步復甦，西班牙和義大利也可能回復成長，預料下半年經濟成長前景看好。德銀遠東投信表示，從分項數據分析，涵蓋服務業與製造業產出的綜合PMI也顯示連續2個月擴張，由50.5升至51.7。這也表示，歐洲近幾個月情況已改善，從極低水平好轉。並代表歐洲今年下半年可能進一步復甦，而西班牙和義大利也可能開始擺脫衰退。

此外，歐元區第2季GDP成長0.3%，走出連6季衰退的低潮，經濟的驚奇指數也持續領先其他區域，而這波擴張是由歐元區2大經濟體德國與法國扮演領頭羊角色。
