毒販自創3合1毒品包　VIP還附贈研磨器

【鮮明／台中報導】台中市警局保安大隊25日深夜行經青島西街、北平路口時，發現一輛白色馬自達轎車呼嘯而過，警員立即追上前攔車，查出駕駛盧姓男子（33歲）有毒品、強盜、竊盜、殺人等多項前科，目前仍因毒品案假釋中，吸毒用的吸食器就大剌剌放在副駕駛座上，並在車內起出海洛因毒品0.55公克、安非他命166公克、K他命309公克、神仙水73瓶、一粒眠25顆，還有15包外觀以3合1即溶咖啡包掩飾的「3合1毒品」，另外還有一箱電動研磨機及疑似販毒所得36萬元。

警方發現，一般3合1即溶咖啡包指的是咖啡、奶精、糖，盧嫌自創的3合1毒品包則是混合搖頭丸、安非他命、K他命等3種毒品，專供夜店或轟趴使用，VIP客戶還加贈電動研磨機，販毒手法不但專業還講求行銷，令警方嘖嘖稱奇，訊後依毒品罪嫌將盧嫌移送法辦。
