大甲轎車被水困地下道　沙鹿積水輪胎高

【鮮明／台中報導】康芮颱風來襲，台中市上午出現間歇性豪大雨，造成大甲、龍井、沙鹿一帶部份地區積水，其中，大甲區民生路地下道上午十時許因積水造成兩輛轎車受困，消防局據報將兩名駕駛救出，沙鹿區台灣大道則一度積水有一個轎車輪胎高。

台中市消防局表示，市區公益路有招牌掉落，並有數起因豪雨造成的零星小車禍，所幸目前為止未傳出重大災情。
