劇烈降雨向北擴展　中彰投山區雨量快速累積

【張勵德／台北報導】康芮颱風持續北上，為南部帶來超大豪雨的環流也跟著北上，中部地區已經出現顯著雨勢，到上午10時為止，南投鳳凰時雨量達95.5毫米，南投大鞍時雨量也有60毫米，雨量快速累積；嘉義、台南、高雄的雨量也持續累積中，目前累積雨量最大的地方仍是屏東大漢山，累積雨量達500毫米。
 
根據氣象局最新警報資料顯示，上午10時康芮颱風中心位置在台北東北東方80公里海面上，以時速18轉22公里速度加速向北轉北北東移動。預估今天下午康芮暴風圈會逐漸脫離台灣陸地，入夜後會持續加速遠離，但西半部地區超大豪雨威脅仍會持續，請民眾不要掉以輕心。
