基本工資月薪加226元（3）

基本工資審議之前，曾有資方代表強調基本工資不應調漲，以免傷感情。鄉民即怒批，傷誰的感情？老闆的感情、或是老闆娘的感情？以此痛批資方可惡。
基本工資在28日定調19273元，比現在多226元，時薪改為115元，2014年7月上路，預估將有208萬名勞工受惠。
在物價飆漲的近年，每當基本工資進行審議，勞資雙方的發言總會引起各界關注，鄉民當然包含在內。有一名資方代表稱「現在不宜談基本工資，時機不對，談這個會傷感情」，這番話引來鄉民嚴詞批判，稱他是慣老闆，更開玩笑稱：如果我不想加班，我可以對老闆說「別談這個會傷感情嗎？」
而有資方建議在CPI達到3%時，才可以調整基本工資，這項建言更惹惱多數身為勞工的鄉民，直呼這應該是表示，10年後才會調漲基本工資吧？但一部分鄉民則批評，台灣勞工不像外國人，敢用罷工來維護權益。
根據基本工資調漲一事，商總理事長張平沼指出，調高月薪，本國勞工大約僅2成有利，獲利大部分外籍勞工，工商團體反對調高月薪。
張平沼表示，去年工商團體向行政院建議，時薪調整分成兩階段，所以明年1月1日將調高至115元部分就不便多說，但是工商團體仍是反對調高基本工資的月薪。
張平沼說，月薪調高，大約只有20%本國勞工受惠，外勞獲利較多，為避免增加產業負擔，降低競爭力，工商團體反對月薪調漲226元，將會再跟行政院提出建言。
