嘉義縣市民眾 到公司才知停班停課

嘉義縣、市地區民眾今天早上冒著大風雨上班，到了公司，才發現市府在七點廿三分宣布停班停課，縣府在八點宣布停班停課，有人罵聲連連，有人則持正面肯定。

因康芮颱風雨勢加遽，造成嘉義市不少道路淹水嚴重，主要對外橋梁封閉，連遊覽車車輪很高，都被淹沒一半，東義橋附近有人因此淹水受困，消防人員已搶救三人出來，目前仍在搶救。
