我是男生 最近突然想試試看膠原蛋白 有Google一下應該是可以吃 挑了一下 找到了白蘭氏的紅膠原青春飲 已經衝去Costco 想要抱一箱 突然想到這裡面會不會加一些女生才能吃的東西？ 爬一下文都是女生po的心得文 其中還有些提到經期之類的 因為對成份沒有研究 所以想問一下紅膠原青春飲男生適合喝嗎？ 那紅膠原青春凍呢？ 如果不適合的話是否有推薦其他適合男生的？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.217.177
