【蕭夙眉／台中報導】一名賴姓男子（25歲）冒名到7-ELEVEn台中市豐源門市應徵店員錄取，同時間也冒名在拍賣網訂購三星S4、IPHONE4S、hTC智慧型手機，指定宅配至豐源門市之後，利用上班時間將手機掉包、改放兩罐鋁箔包飲料，謊稱買家未取貨並退還賣家。

賣家收到發現「上萬元的手機怎麼變幾十元飲料！」傻眼報警。警方昨天循線逮捕賴姓男子，清查出他在豐源門市以掉包方式共詐欺得28支智慧型手機及2個LV包，轉售得款近50萬元，今天依詐欺、侵占、竊占罪嫌將他移送法辦。
