男子酒駕遇警　女友臨時上陣「護駕」

【張貴翔／新北報導】新北市1名26歲莊姓男子今天凌晨0時許，在新莊1家小吃店與朋友聚餐，離開時騎乘機車載著女友行經四維路與民安路口時，見警方在路邊攔檢，由於莊男有喝酒怕被警方發現，於是立即下車與女友交換駕駛。

沒想到交換的過程中被警方全程目擊，警方察覺有異上前盤查，一開始莊男坦承有騎車，但事後到警局莊男又失口否認有騎乘機車且交換駕駛，莊男女友也裝傻，聲稱「忘記之前是誰騎車了」。但由於莊男與女友交換駕駛的過程被警方目擊，加上莊男酒測值達0.56毫克，警方訊後將莊男依公共危險罪移送法辦。
