午後大雨狂洩　辛亥隧道口現噴泉

【余思維／台北報導】台北市今天午後下大豪雨，造成許多地方出現淹水情況，其中辛亥隧道往木柵方向出口，因為山坡上的排水道宣洩不及，水勢直接從孔蓋衝出，機車族行經該處被迫往內線車道閃避。
