【綜合報導】桃院召開羈押庭之後，最後決定將何江忠等3人全收押，洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸聽到這樣的結果，她說感謝院方的努力。

洪慈庸說，希望這次案件的審判方向，可以保障未來入伍的人，讓他們可以平平安安的入、退伍。而對於桃檢跟軍檢的態度，洪慈庸說透過律師的轉述，有發現到桃檢比起軍檢願意聽，不像軍檢給家屬的感覺是要掩蓋事實，讓洪家比較放心。而律師代表也出來表示感謝白衫軍的努力。
