洪案涉嫌人不只18人　洪家：將提訴狀

【綜合報導】洪仲丘遭虐死案，桃園地檢署受理洪家委任律師提出過失致死、滅證、偽造文書等告訴，因「被告不明」，檢方昨傳訊洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸說明，希望她盡速具名申告對象。但洪慈庸訊後僅低調說：「會與律師協商盡速具狀。」律師強調家屬認為涉嫌人數應超過軍檢起訴的18人，詳細內容將與家屬討論後，以訴狀方式提交檢察官。

另高等法院上周撤銷高等軍事法院對542旅前副旅長何江忠、前連長徐信正、前上士范佐憲等3人的交保裁定，並將全案發回更裁，桃園地院合議庭昨已決定本周五重開羈押庭。
