【陳冠宇／新北報導】潭美颱風挾帶豪大雨侵襲北台灣，淡水渡船頭水位節節高升，白天水位已將一旁馬偕博士銅像淹得只剩半截，昨晚11時適逢大潮，水位更是幾乎將銅像滅頂，警消人員在旁監測水位隨時回報應變中心。
