男子行房被拒　怒毆妻臉遭訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市56歲陳姓男子，今年3月22日晚間10時許，與朋友餐敘喝酒，返家後見太太穿薄紗從浴室走出來，一時「性」起要求跟老婆行房遭拒，陳男不顧妻子反抗，硬生生將她衣服剝光，太太驚叫說：「敢碰我就告你！」陳男氣得狂歐妻子左臉，陳男突然身體不適跑去廁所嘔吐，妻子趁機躲進房間報警處理。

警方偵訊時，陳男坦承犯行，表示酒後情緒失控，對妻子施暴感到後悔；檢方日前偵結依傷害罪起訴。
