王金平盼落實國會調查權

台聯黨團今提出憲法修正草案，民進黨團立委明天也將提案廢除監察院。

立法院長王金平今表示，監察院存廢與憲政架構有關，不便回答，但尊重立委提案，提出後依程序討論，看是否成案。

針對監察權回歸立法院，王金平說，大法官釋字第585號已賦予立法院有國會調查權，但從過去執政的民進黨到現在國民黨都未積極配合，調查權行使對政府壓力會比較大，所以思考如何落實國會調查權比較重要。
