台電補助北市 立委批散財

行政院長江宜樺表示，電費10月一定漲，引發業界、民生用電憂慮。民進黨立委李應元今天指出，台電在「促進電力開發協助金」，2012年竟補助台北市政府新台幣542萬元，但台電一再重申虧損嚴重，必須漲電價，否則會破產，為何還有錢補助財源相對充裕的台北市政府？

他說，台電未能合理的解釋前，全民實在很難接受再漲價。「促進電力開發協助金」是補償火力或核能發電廠附近居民，這些居民為公眾用電做了犧牲，因此獲得台電回饋合情合理，但台電在台北市內又無火力或核能發電廠，難道台電要當債多不愁的「散財童子」?
