【戴之聖／基隆報導】劉文雄驚爆張通榮在監院彈劾投票前，私下在基隆的五星級飯店宴請招待監委，今天基隆市長張通榮出席基隆港1場活動時，被媒體追問原本不願多說，後來認為「自己很無辜，沒有宴請監委，才說出「監委是最清白的，1粒飯都不能亂吃！」，並對媒體追問是否提告，張通榮則說要等周一上班時，再考慮看看。
