【寶智華／雲林報導】古坑竹筍節17、18二天在古坑鄉大埔社區舉辦，今日上午開幕，除了社區表演、農村傳統技藝展示、地方農特產展售，還有親子深度旅遊及醬筍DIY製作；縣長蘇治芬與來賓當場品嘗竹筍粥，讚稱是竹筍的鮮美是許多鄉民的共同生活經驗，期許竹筍節年年舉辦不中斷。明日將於綠色隧道辦理「剝筍達人比賽」限100人參加，冠軍可獲1萬元獎金。
