更生人「東東」 烘焙創業年收百萬

高雄市勞工局與糕餅工會今天舉辦「烘焙教學」，8年前參加職訓班的更生學員東東也到現場分享經驗，他現在已是年收入百萬的麵包師傅了。

「東東」在現場感謝生命中的貴人高雄市糕餅工會總幹事何美惠，他說，年輕時因接觸毒品入監，出監後透過更保會轉介，參加訓就中心開設的烘焙班，當時其他的審核委員擔心他有前科，原本要拒絕，但何美惠覺得應給想改過的年輕人一個機會。

「東東」兩年前開始創業，現在已成年收入百萬的小頭家。「工作很辛苦、很累，但我覺得很踏實。」他表示，之後陸陸續續也有一些更生人來參加烘焙職訓班，只要有心學的人，他都願意傾囊相授。
