「我的家人沒有人剪過那麼短的頭髮。」獅隊洋投費古洛間投手教練後，為了刺激、鼓勵大家，喊出「5連勝就剃光頭」，打出四連勝期間，隊友不斷用手勢提醒。
雖然，獅隊昨(16日)以6比9輸給Lamigo，讓費古洛的瀟灑捲髮暫時保留，「之前說出5連勝就剃頭，若之後有5連勝還是有機會看到我剃頭。」
費古洛第2次來台效力，投手教練原本不在規劃當中，但卻在第一時間就表達高度意願，「回到台灣之後，自己是投手群重要的一份子，但一個禮拜只有一次先發機會，倒不如像現在兼任投手教練，可以長期性的幫助，到目前為止應該還符合大家的期待。」
獅隊在新教練團上任期間，繳出7勝2敗戰績，費古洛分享自己「執教」的祕方，就是分享，「我當過先發、投過中繼，待過小聯盟、大聯盟，以經驗去協助、溝通，幫助投手們記住投得好時的感覺，以及了解投不好問題出在哪。」
費古身兼投手教練後，不是先發時，也把自己當成在場上的球員，「若調度失敗就是自己的責任，和阿三哥(高建三)溝通很好，兩人的想法都很正面，且對彼此想法有認同感。」 (接下一頁)
