【詹健全／綜合報導】台灣職網女雙世界排名最高的2人謝淑薇(世界女雙第9)、詹皓晴(世界女雙第39)，今在總獎金236.9萬美元(約7112.9萬台幣)辛辛納提女網賽女雙8強中對壘，結果溫網女雙冠軍、海峽組合謝淑薇／彭帥技高一籌，以6比3、6比2打敗詹皓晴／絲瑞波特妮克(Katarina Srebotnik，斯洛維尼亞)組合，成功闖進最後4強，這也是海峽女雙從溫網以來的8連勝。
