張通榮傳宴請監委　基市府強烈否認

【戴之聖／基隆報導】針對有媒體指出基隆市長張通榮有宴請監察委員，基隆市政府發言人李梁在今日駁斥並表示，市府研考處公開監委巡察基隆行程，分別是3月20日、21日和6月27日、28日，這4次午餐軍事監委自理，市長都沒有參與用餐，至於媒體所提及的7、8月份，經詳查也沒有此事。
