南山人壽與中國工商銀行簽署協議

南山人壽今天公告，昨（12）日董事會決議通過，將與中國工商銀行簽署從事銀行間債券市場交易的「債券交易及結算代理協議」。

南山人壽指出，擬與中國工商銀行簽署從事銀行間債券市場交易的「債券交易及結算代理協議」，而草案在昨12日經董事會討論後決議通過，預計增加投資大陸銀行間債券市場交易標的。

另外，南山人壽表示，將把「債券交易及結算代理協議」呈報金管會備查，金管會在收文次日起15個營業日內若未表示反對者，將視為同意備查，該公司始得簽署，並將簽訂版影本函送金管會。
