黃季敏交保 押近1年重獲自由

（中央社記者王朝鈺新北市14日電）前消防署長黃季敏涉貪獲交保，下午戴著口罩和黑帽步出台北看守所，面對大批媒體詢問不發一語，搭乘名貴轎車揚長而去。

前消防署長黃季敏涉貪遭收押禁見近1年，台北地院昨天裁定黃季敏以新台幣500萬元現金交保，但要求黃妻簽下2500萬元同意書，確保黃季敏會按時出庭。

黃季敏在今天下午約2時7分時身穿藍色襯衫、戴著口罩和黑色帽子步出台北看守所，他先到警衛室確認身分後，隨即在友人的護送下步出大門。

大批媒體隨即蜂擁而上，黃季敏面對媒體詢問「重獲自由的感覺？」、「籌錢是否花了很多時間？」、「可以保證不會逃亡嗎？」等問題都低頭不願發表意見，一旁的友人見狀立刻上前護駕，直說「等一下嘛，人家（黃季敏）要上車，你們在幹嘛」。

黃季敏從人縫中擠出些許空間，開啟車門後狼狽上車，媒體仍繼續追問，但他猛力關車門還一度卡到電視台麥克風，最後順利搭乘銀色名貴休旅車揚長而去。

台北地檢署偵辦黃季敏等人涉嫌辦理消防署從民國91到95年度採購防災救難器材收受賄賂案，認定黃季敏收受1924萬元，去年底依貪污等罪嫌將他起訴，並求處無期徒刑。1020814
