九月能否參與ICAO 馬證實,和大陸溝通

我能否參加九月的國際民航組織年會ICAO部分，馬英九總統14日在巴拉圭與國內媒體茶敘時透露，因為美國參、眾議剛通過支持我們參與的法律，他過境美國紐約時接觸的每一個人，都談到此問題並關切台灣下一步如何走。馬總統說，我們表達一定透過管道和各方溝通，其中包括大陸，因為我們和大陸民航部門本來就有溝通管道；九月能否參加ICAO年會，還在努力中。
