有關公共工程是否應推行統包方式作為政策方向，行政院長江宜樺今(15)日回應表示，將採取政務委員楊秋興所提出的概念，統包可以採行，但不宜當成政府極力推動的唯一方式，因案制宜才是穩健做法。

針對發包方式、採購法認知及實務經驗交流，江揆指出，將參考內政部長李鴻源的建議，請工程會規劃主辦相關研討會，邀請較具有公共工程經驗的部會分享寶貴經驗。
 
另外他也說，引進壽險業資金積極投入公共建設是行政院提振景氣措施的重點推動事項，金管會與財政部已共同建立適合保險業參與促參案件的模式，將可增加保險業參與促參案件的管道，擴大民間參與公共建設的能量，值得肯定。
