軍法移審 洪家盼桃檢重啟調查

《軍事審判法》今天公告今天移審，洪仲丘案也一併移，洪家最期待桃園地方法院能發回重新調查，加入新的事證，重查、重補之後再重新起訴。

盼重新調查，洪慈庸表示，之前軍檢的起訴書內容非常薄弱，若一般法院法官要靠這本起訴書審判，一定非常困難，但還是能靠現有的基礎來審判，看是否能用補強的方式，或是找出疑點重新調查等，用片段性方式補強，效率才會高。
