屋傳惡臭　房客開門驚見女屍

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市一名43歲楊姓女房客疑因疾病暴斃出租雅房內，陳屍多日散發出惡臭味，今日上午8時許，何姓房東(73歲)發現屋內散發出惡臭驚覺有異，但不敢獨自開門，便委託另名曹姓房客代看，甫一開門便發現楊女陳屍床中，嚇得連忙報警處理。
 
警方調查，楊女患有重大精神疾病，獨居在新店區安忠路上一處小雅房內，甚少與家人連絡。死者住處並無外力侵入痕跡，初部排除他殺，將另外調閱死者的相關病歷釐清死因。
