【施昂強／台北報導】台灣旅客23人參加「北歐4國13天北角」之旅發生車禍，承辦旅遊行程的凱旋旅行社今早10時許出面說明，該旅遊行程進行到第5天，在當地時間8月12日下午6時許，該旅行團準備前往挪威索格納峽灣時，因原本的行車路線施工而改道，造成遊覽車與當地公車發生車禍，台籍旅客1死7輕重傷，已與外交部啟動海外急難救助，並緊急安排家屬前往處裡後續事宜。
