吃蘑菇減肥 瘦身不瘦胸?

【綜合報導】蘑菇減肥法近期在歐美大為流行,不少名人明星更聲稱,吃蘑菇減肥,只瘦腰臀腿,胸部不會受影響。真的如此神奇?有女記者親身嘗試,發現胸部尺寸不變之餘,腰和臀都明顯變瘦。

英國《每日郵報》報導,用蘑菇減肥很簡單,只要連續14日,每日都有一餐只吃蘑菇,而且蘑菇最好生吃,因為生蘑菇保存最多營養而熱量最少。蘑菇減肥法的支持者認為,蘑菇富含蛋白質與纖維,比一般蔬菜的飽肚時間更長,且又含豐富維他命B、鐵及鋅,也能使皮膚更健康、頭髮更閃亮。

女記者安娜試了兩周蘑菇減肥法後,臀圍由40吋減到39吋,腰圍由28吋減到27.5吋,胸圍維持33.5吋不變,體重輕了1.4公斤。營養治療師指出,多吃蘑菇,相對會少吃高熱量食物,確實有減肥效果。但對於吃蘑菇可以燃燒身體某部位脂肪的說法,表示懷疑。而且吃太多蘑菇有可能導致腹瀉。
