【短片】洪家批無法閱卷　軍高院：申請日未到

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案起訴超過10天，洪家人批到現在都無法調閱證卷，對此軍高院召開記者會澄清。

高等軍事法院上校庭長倪運喜表示，7月31日的時候，洪家律師申請要在8月14日閱卷，軍高院也已經在8月2日受理。軍高院強調，從洪家律師申請閱卷到現在，都沒接獲洪家申請提早閱卷的要求。
