標題[問題] 可以強制員工撥勞退?

我大約是前兩 三年才知道所謂"勞退新制" 雇主需提撥員工薪資6%為勞退 但是做了幾份工作 各公司完全都沒有提過這個部分 每個月薪資也沒扣我6% 所以我完全不知道有這回事 = ="" 直到最近又換了新工作(囧) 第一次領薪的時候 薪資條上面列舉扣款除勞健保外還多扣了一千多 但是它是列在勞健保那一格 我心理納悶 勞健保又何時漲價的?!(加一加兩千多) 馬上去問主管 結果那天的主管說他不知道?! 叫我去問負責的人事小姐...... 後來總算知道了(我自己弄明白的 全公司只有一個最高階主管知道) 就馬上跟 他反應可否不要扣 沒想到他竟然說這是公司強制要扣繳勞退的?! 我整個啞口無言 (當初面試完全沒提過) 因為我是新來的 不知道其它同事怎樣 都沒人有意見 大家每月都強制扣6% 雖然說知道那些日後也是自己的 不過自己的薪資不能自己決定?! 而且現在好像還有很多人不知道這東西(我們公司) 小弟想問為何有些公司沒有 提撥也沒扣員工 有些公司卻是直接扣員工...... 有提撥6%給員工的公司是否 有好處?! 例如說補助之類的 聽說這是94年的政策?! 台灣實在太妙囉!!! 希望專家大大能解惑 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.237.47
