評陸城市 陳菊：規劃有企圖心

（中央社記者陳守國廈門12日電）高雄市長陳菊率團赴中國大陸邀請對岸城市參加9月在高雄舉辦的亞太城市峰會。她12日在福建廈門表示，天津、深圳及廈門市有很好的城市規劃企圖心，專業令人佩服。

陳菊率領市府團隊完成大陸天津、深圳參訪行程，今天下午飛抵廈門市，受到市長劉可清歡迎。兩人相互簡介市政建設及未來規劃。

劉可清說，廈門是中國大陸最早實行對外開放政策的4個經濟特區之一，擁有全中國大陸最大的郵輪碼頭，能泊靠巨型豪華郵輪，廈門港與高雄港已簽訂合作協議，雙方經貿合作密切，廈門全力綠美化，建成兩岸的窗口。

陳菊說，高雄市9月將主辦2013亞太城市高峰會（APCS），高雄市選擇與高雄發展經驗相類似的大陸國際港口港灣城市。

陳菊接受兩岸媒體訪問時表示，她對天津、深圳及廈門市的印象很好，覺得每個市長對治理城市都有很好的規劃，也對城市未來規劃有企圖心，這些城市一定有讓高雄學習的地方，3名市長用心、專業，令她佩服。1020812
