黑莓丟降書！宣布尋找替代方案 考慮出售、合資

艱苦掙扎的黑莓公司(BlackBerry Ltd)終於承認無力回天，12日宣布成立委員會，探尋策略性替代方案，包括改為合資企業、與其他公司合夥、或出售企業。

TechCrunch和路透社報導，黑莓12日發布新聞稿指出，有鑒於黑莓科技的重要優勢和業界競爭版圖不斷變化，該公司認為現今是尋找替代方案的最佳時刻。這段話被業界解讀為：黑莓屢試屢敗的投降宣言。台北時間晚上9點20分為止，黑莓在美股盤前聞訊大漲7.68%，暫報10.51美元。

黑莓6月28日公佈的會計年度第1季財報不如預期，當時執行長Thorsten Heins就鬆口不排斥合作或聯盟。8月9日內情人士表示，銀湖(Silver Lake Management LLC)私人股權公司將牽線，讓黑莓和戴爾公司(Dell Inc.)攜手合作。報導指出，如果銀湖成功讓戴爾下市，那麼它可能會促成黑莓、戴爾在行動運算領域上合作。另外聯想集團(Lenovo Group Ltd.)也曾分別在今年1月、3月釋出併購黑莓的風向球。

由於BlackBerry 10新機銷售失利，黑莓股價今年共跌掉17.78%，市值由2008年高峰時的840億美元一路縮水，目前只剩48億美元。據彭博社報導，黑莓旗艦機種Z10售價由3月時的199美元(綁約兩年)，下砍至49.9美元。
