【短片】男子酒駕闖紅燈　遭賓士車撞送醫不治

【吳國仲／新北報導】新北市消防局今天清晨6時許接獲民眾報案，指稱新店北新路與中華路口發生1起車禍，警消趕抵將受傷的郭姓男子送醫，但送醫途中郭男已沒有呼吸心跳，雖經醫院急救但仍宣告不治。

警方調查，賓士車主張姓男子原要前往安坑工作，郭男騎乘機車闖紅燈，張男煞車不及直接撞上郭男。事後警方對郭男實施抽血檢測，發現郭男酒測值高達0.21毫克，初步判定郭男酒後駕車又闖紅燈釀禍，但仍須進一步釐清肇事責任。
