載同學出車禍 女吃官司

張姓女子受吳姓女同學之託，騎機車載她，卻發生車禍，導致吳女死亡。台灣高等法院審酌張女已與被害人家屬和解，給予緩刑。

根據高院日前公布的判決書，張女於民國100年12月27日下午，受吳女之託，騎車載吳女。

張女行經桃園縣龜山鄉萬壽路1段與龍興街時，未依規定兩段式左轉，不慎撞上葉姓男子所駕駛的轎車；張女、吳女倒地後，又再遭後方的車輛撞擊，兩人均受傷，但吳女送醫後不治死亡。

桃園地方法院依過失致死罪，判處葉男5月徒刑，得易科罰金，張女被判處1年徒刑。張女提起上訴。

高院審理認為，張女於一審判決後，已與被害人父母和解，並賠償新台幣160萬元，改判她10月徒刑，並給予緩刑4年確定。
