標題[心得] 隆美窗廉部分工作心得

最近進入隆美也一個多禮拜了 就想來發一下分享文 單純討論薪水&獎金的部分 底薪是19047 每個月會有加班費 但算法不明，基本上一個月加上去之後會是24000-25000(扣掉勞健保) 中間的差異是因為假日上班會有額外的加班費 每天工作為9.5小時 11:00~20:30 或 12:00~21:30 中間吃飯不扣時間 基本上買飯時間約半小時 一開始的時候進去都是門市助理 每個月會領底薪(24~25K) 負責門市清潔、整理上下架等雜事 過了一兩個月之後就會去學丈量跟隨車安裝 (無油資補貼) 每一季會有一次升等考試 通常是六個月之後可以去考試 考過之後就是副店長 要升到副店之後才會有抽成獎金 但是業績沒到也不會有扣錢 就是領保底 一間門市通常是一正一副 店長與副店的差別是在抽成的幅度(店長多10%左右) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.13.40
